This is a high quality real carbon fibre rear spoiler for the Mercedes W212 (4-Door,2009+) E Class.
One piece design including half moon cutout for the Star emblem.
Made of Toray T300 Carbon Fiber with a 3K weave and cured with an epoxy resin, reinforced with GRP. Finished with a high gloss UV-resistant topcoat. The T300 carbon material by Toray is the baseline carbon fiber used in aerospace applications. It has a 30 year production history and is known for its balanced composite properties, high quality, consistency, and reliability.
As carbon fiber products are made completely by hand using a labour intensive process, some variation or inconsistency in the weave pattern is common. This does not affect the dimensions or the structural integrity of the product, nor does it affect the final finish of the product.
We recommend professional installation using a strong bonding material or 3M UHB tape by a competent workshop.
